Baseline Oldtown Village was an intimate mixed-use collection of 12 well appointed, maintenance-free residential condominiums and two commercial units on Baseline Road in historic downtown Lafayette, Colorado.
Flagstaff Properties Inc served as both the transactional broker for the sale of the land to the developers (a local architectural firm and investors) as well as the listing broker for the residential and commercial units.

Flagstaff Properties handled the marketing and sales of both the residential and commercial units including website, collateral, signage and affilliate channels.
Adversity
This project faced many hurdles during planning, construction and sales namely the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a difficult process for everybody involved.
Commercial
Commercial parcels proved to be difficult during COVID with retail and commercial office space not being utilized to potential.
